Having first begun his apprenticeship in 1987, Phil is backed by over 25 years experience in the building industry and now leads a team of capable builders in constructing and renovating high-end architecturally-designed residential properties.

Phil is a proven leader, having worked and learnt under strong mentors himself, and his success lies in his commitment to taking a ‘hands-on’ management approach.
