A four bedroom two storey house, built on a site that was long, narrow, sloping and subject to tight controls.
As such a long, narrow house which steps down the property was constructed, making full use of the space available. Vertical cedar screens protect the front entrance’s glass walls while a stainless steel mesh screen hangs beside the jarrah and steel staircase connecting the main living area upstairs to the bedrooms and family room downstairs.
